New England Olives – Extra virgin olive oil

New england olives was first opened in 1995. In 1997 we planted our first olives. We currently have around 600 11 year old trees. In 2006 we ordered a new Oliomio 50, olive press. This was commisioned in March 2007 for the olive season. During the season we pressed our first extra virgin olive oil, then pressed contract olive for the balance of the season. During the 07/08 growing season, we built a purpose built shed to house our plant and are now ready for the 2008 harvest season.
